The role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our client team in Multan. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with WordPress development, WooCommerce, Elementor and Divi page builders, hosting and domain management, website optimization, security troubleshooting, and client support. Working hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Candidates outside Multan must be willing to relocate; this is an onsite role.
What you'll own
- Develop, customize, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites
- Work with WooCommerce, themes, plugins, and custom website functionality
- Build and customize responsive pages using Elementor and Divi
- Manage WordPress hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, domains, and related configurations
- Troubleshoot website, hosting, plugin, theme, and server-related issues
- Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and reliability
- Identify and resolve WordPress security issues and malware-related problems
- Handle website backups, updates, maintenance, and basic security practices
- Provide technical support to clients through ticketing/support systems
- Work with international clients and communicate technical issues clearly
- Work with Zoho tools including Zoho Desk, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho Campaigns where required
- Collaborate with the team to deliver website updates and technical requirements on time
What the client needs
- Strong WordPress development experience
- Good knowledge of WooCommerce
- Hands-on experience with Elementor
- Familiarity with Divi
- Strong understanding of cPanel, DNS, SSL, domains, and hosting
- WordPress performance optimization
- WordPress security and malware troubleshooting
- Good understanding of themes, plugins, and troubleshooting
- Experience with client support and/or ticketing systems
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Willing to relocate to Multan if currently outside the city
- Preferred: experience with Zoho Desk, Zoho Bigin, and Zoho Campaigns
- Preferred: experience supporting international clients
- Preferred: experience with managed WordPress hosting environments
- Preferred: knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization
