About
Why we started this.
We spent two decades between us on both sides of the desk - Adaeze running search across four continents, Marcus building in-house hiring teams. The same thing broke every time: nobody kept a straight record. Briefs lived in someone's head, shortlists arrived unexplained, and when a search drifted, it drifted quietly for five weeks.
So we built the firm around the record. A written brief you sign off. A longlist you can see while it's being built. An assessment attached to every name. If we can't defend a decision on paper, we don't make it. That's the whole company.
How we work
Three commitments you could hold us to.
We reply, either way.
Every applicant gets an answer within one business day of a decision. Silence is the cheapest thing an agency can do and the most damaging.
We publish what we can.
Salary bands wherever the client permits, our fees on the employers page, and an explicit note when a client asks us to withhold something.
You speak to the searcher.
Four people, no account managers, no handover to a delivery team you've never met. The person on your intake call runs your search.
The team
Real names, verifiable backgrounds.
