Global recruitment agency
A global recruitment agency that puts the search on the record.
Hiring Logs runs cross-border searches for teams that can't afford a bad hire. Written briefs before sourcing, defensible shortlists of three to five, and a 90-day replacement guarantee in the contract. Every step logged and timestamped.
Why us
What makes this global recruitment agency different.
A written brief before anyone is sourced
Most failed global searches fail in the first 48 hours, silently, because nobody wrote down the bar. You sign off the role, the comp band, the process and the deal-breakers before we start.
A shortlist you can interrogate
Three to five candidates, each with a written assessment against your brief, their motivation, comp expectation and notice period. If we can't defend a name on paper, it doesn't reach your inbox.
The search is visible while it runs
The longlist is open from day three with a one-line rationale per name, so you correct our aim early instead of in week five when the search has already drifted.
Commitments instead of claims
We're a new firm and you'll work that out in fifteen seconds. So we publish our engagement models and our fees, and we put a 90-day replacement guarantee in the contract.

The process
Four entries, and the same method on every global search.
Entry 01
Day 0–2
Brief
A 45-minute intake call, then a written brief covering the role, the bar, the comp band, the process and the deal-breakers. Nothing starts until you have signed it off. Most failed searches fail here, silently.
Entry 02
Day 2–8
Search
Mapped search against the brief, not a database dump. You get access to the longlist as it builds, with a one-line rationale on every name, so you can correct our aim on day three rather than week five.
Entry 03
Day 8–14
Shortlist
Every shortlisted candidate arrives with a written assessment against your brief, their motivation, their comp expectation and their notice period. No forwarded CVs. If we cannot defend a name in writing, it does not reach you.
Entry 04
Day 14–offer
Close
We manage offer, counter-offer and notice period, and we stay in contact through to day 90. Every step is logged and timestamped, so you always know where the search stands without asking.
Questions
Choosing a global recruitment agency.
- What does a global recruitment agency actually do?
- It runs searches across borders and time zones rather than one local market. At Hiring Logs that means a written brief agreed before sourcing starts, a mapped search rather than a database dump, and a shortlist of three to five candidates, each with a written assessment against your brief.
- Which countries do you recruit in?
- We are remote-first and search wherever our clients hire, in any time zone, for permanent, contract and fractional roles. We support cross-border relocation and right-to-work checks as part of the search rather than as an afterthought.
- Which sectors do you cover?
- Six named desks: technology, financial services, healthcare, logistics, professional services, and energy and climate. We publish the list because "global, all sectors" is a red flag to any experienced hiring manager.
- What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
- Every engagement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee written into the contract, not offered verbally.
- How do I start a search?
- Book a 20-minute intake call. We send the written brief back for your sign-off before we source a single name. There is no retainer required to have that conversation.
