First design hire into a 40-person logistics scale-up. You will set the system, not inherit one.
What you'll own
- Own end-to-end product design for the shipper-facing app
- Establish the first design system and component library
- Run fortnightly research sessions with operations customers
What the client needs
- 4+ years product design, at least one 0→1 surface shipped
- Strong systems thinking; a portfolio that shows reasoning, not screens
- Willing to work on-site with the founding team
