- Lead people operations across 220 staff and four clinical sites
- Rebuild the performance and progression framework
- Partner with the exec team on workforce planning
What the client needs
- Senior people leadership in a regulated or clinical environment
- Track record of building progression frameworks from scratch
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
