The role
Embedded on a client's talent team for twelve months, running nursing and allied-health pipelines.
What you'll own
- Own nursing and allied-health pipelines across three trusts
- Reduce time-to-offer from 47 days to under 30
- Report weekly to the head of resourcing
What the client needs
- Healthcare or clinical recruitment background in the UK
- Comfortable with compliance-heavy processes
- Two days a week on-site in Manchester
